Choroidal metastasis secondary to gastric adenocarcinoma
A 50-year-old male patient undergoing treatment for gastric adenocarcinoma presented to the clinic complaining of decreased vision in the right eye one week ago. During fundoscopic examination, a subretinal lesion was detected, as shown in the retinography below.
